My name is Bryan Neeb and I am the Operations Manager and an ownership partner here at Majestic Crossing Dairy. As the Operations Manager, my job focuses on both the equipment and maintenance side of the farm as well as crop planning and care.
I grew up in this area and have known a lot of the people here at the farm for a long time. Before I came to the farm I spent 21 years working at the local John Deere dealership. Learning there as a service technician, manager and precision ag consultant built a strong foundation of knowledge for my role here at Majestic Crossing.
While I am always busy here at the farm, spring planting and harvest are my most intense times of the year. Making sure our equipment is running well and handling any breakdowns keeps me hopping. During winter and our downtimes the rest of the year I work on special projects and equipment maintenance.
When I am not working at the farm I enjoy spending time with my wife and daughter. I enjoy history and visiting historical locations. So far I’ve visited several forts, including Desoto, Pulaski, Clinch and Screven. I am also part of the Majestic Crossing Maple team. So early spring is spent in the woods and sap house.
Working here at the farm is a great fit for me. I always have different jobs and projects to work on and I like that variety in my day. I enjoy working outdoors instead of being stuck inside. I also enjoy that I can use my experience with precision agriculture, using a combination of GPS, mapping, and data, to maximize the potential of our land and grow the best feed for our cows.
