There’s been a growing demand for organic milk during the last few years, and here at Majestic Crossing we’re all for providing people with the options they want. But we also happen to produce our milk conventionally, and we know that although organic and conventional milk use somewhat different processes, the end product is still milk, with the same nutritional value, vitamins, and minerals.

Every farm operation is different, but we all have a common goal: to take steps – some small and some large – toward becoming a more efficient and profitable contributor to our nation’s food system and communities.
Here in the U.S. we spend just 12.8% of our income on food, one of the lowest percentages in the world. In part, that’s because our farmers produce such an abundance of food, and they do it well. Organic or conventional, farmers are always looking forward and improving how we do things. That’s the only way we’ll keep feeding our communities and our world.
