As the holiday season and 2023 draws to a close, I wanted to share some good wishes from our farm with all of you who follow along here on our blog.
I took over sharing stories from here on the farm after Dean passed away and I do enjoy giving you all a glimpse into our world. Not just sharing stories and knowledge about the farm, but also introducing you all to the people that make up the Majestic Crossing family. You may have missed some of our posts if you haven’t looked around the blog and I thought I would share some of my favorites again here.

First of all, from interns to partners we have the best people helping us to take care of our cows and land.
- Pancho recently became a U.S. citizen.
- Our first group of Honduran interns have headed back home but we have continued the program and now Lorena, Ramon, and Yimi have joined the team.
- Do you know Bryan and Rick? How about Hector or Gordito and Santos?
- We couldn’t do what we do without having help from dairy professionals.
I’ve shared some facts about dairy and farming over the years.
- What a cow’s life and what a calf’s life is like here on the farm.
- The technology we use here on the farm.
- How we keep the cows cool in the heat of summer.
- How thankful we are for what comes out of the rear end of the cow.
I’ve also talked about what we do here on the farm to ensure our cows and our land are well taken care of.
- We have many emergency plans.
- How we take animal care to the next level.
- How we care for our soil during the growing season.
Sharing about our farm is one of the ways we stay connected with our community and that is important to all of us here at Majestic. We hope you all had a Merry Christmas and we wish you a Happy New Year, thank you for following along!
